GRADING

 - Daily Class Grade: Each class period students can earn a maximum of 5 points.

• 0pts – unprepared for class/did not participate/had to sit-out due to behavior

• 1pt – prepared for class/minimal participation/some behavior issues/minimal demonstration of skill competency

• 3pts – prepared for class/some participation/some demonstration of skill competency

• 5pts – prepared for class/full participation/positive attitude/demonstration of skill competency

 

 - Assessments: Peer, skill, and written assessments will be performed during each unit.  You will always know when there will be an assessment and you will always be prepared for success.

 

- Unit Quizes:  There will be quizzes given after certain units that we will be covering in PE.  Before each quiz you will be provided with a study guide.
