During our Ultimate Frisbee unit we will practice the basics of throwing a frisbee and different throwing styles.  We will discuss reasons for learning frisbee games such as disc golf and ultimate frisbee and how it can keep us active in our future lives.  There are many opportunities to participate in frisbee games throughout high school and college.  Introducing these games at the middle school level can spark an intrest for these activites in the future.
